Anglo-saxonism is the cultural identity of those with Anglo-Saxon roots which describes the people of old England.

Anglo-Saxons believed themselves to be the superior race based on the ideas of Social Darwinism. The US used this to spread their culture while moving westward and through imperial actions taking over Puerto Rico, Guam, the Philippines, and Hawaii. With each place taken over, the US brought schools, religion, and political philosophy.
