Answer:

7 miles per gallon

Step-by-step explanation:

David fill up his car's tank 2 times in a week.

each fill up is = 12 gallons

so each week he uses gas = 12 × 2 = 24 gallons

David drives in a week = 168 miles

Since, He drives 168 miles in 24 gallons of gas

The mileage on his car = 168 ÷ 24 = 7 miles per gallon

The gas mileage of David's car is 7 miles per gallon.
