Find the equation of a parabola with vertex (2, -1), opens upward and has focal width of 16.

The equation of the parabola is given by:
y=a(x-h)^2+k
where:
(h,k) is the vertex:
thus we shall have:
y=16(x-2)^2-1
Expanding the above we get:
y=16(x^2-2x+4)-1
y=16x^2-32x+63
