Given m=3/5, P(3,2)
For Q(8,y)
first find the difference in x between P & Q
x=(8-3)=5
Multiply by the slope 3/5
5*3/5=3
Add to the y-coordinate of P
Q(8,2+5*3/5)=Q(8,2+3)=Q(8,5)

So the missing y-value is 5
