“The Mongols were great conquerors but poor rulers.” Do you agree with this statement? Why or why not?

This is a difficult question to answer but it could be argued they were good rulers for the time being. They brought about many advancements of different cultures together under one empire. However, in the end their empire failed of couse, just as most empires fail after some time and major internal events in the form of struggles.
