Hello!!

Use the equation: (the 1's and 2's are supposed to be subscripts)
m = (y1 - y2)(x1 - x2)

m = (-16 - (-15))/(19 - (-7))
m = (-16 + 15)/(19 + 7)
m = (-1)/(27)

Therefore, your answer is m = -1/27

Hope this helps!! Let me know if you have ANY questions.
