A runner is running a 10 km race. it takes her 17.5 minutes to reach the 2.5 km mark. at that rate, how long will it take her to eun the whole race? (explain your answer plz)

First find the unit rate. Do 17.5/2.5 and you get 7. Next just multiply that by 10 and voila. It takes her 70 minutes to run the whole race.
