The given equation is

[tex]3x-2y=18[/tex]

x intercept

To find the x intercept, we have to plug 0 for y and solve for x.That is

[tex]3x-2(0)=18 \\ 3x=18 \\ x=6[/tex]

So x intercept is (6,0) .

y intercept

To find the y intercept , we have to plug 0 for x and solve for y. That is

[tex]3(0)-2y=18 \\ -2y=18 \\ y=-9[/tex]

So the y intercept is (0,-9) .
