Most woodwind and brass instruments, you can honestly do anything if you try hard enough :) I would suggest closed-hole instruments at first, then work your way up. It's one of the best feeling in the world to play an instrument. My band director has hand tremors and plays Trombone and some percussion too I hope you find the right instrument for you!
