For the fraction...
[tex]307% = \frac{307}{100} [/tex]
3.07
[tex] \frac{3.07}{1} * \frac{100}{100} \ \textgreater \ \frac{307}{100} \ \textgreater \ 3 \frac{7}{10} [/tex]
The mixed number is 3 because 100 goes into 300 3 times. :).
For the decimal..
To convert 307% to a decimal divide by 100!
[tex] \frac{307}{100} = 3.07 [/tex]
