The one that is different is HORSE.
Lion, wolf and tiger are flesh eaters while horse is a grass eater, thus, horse is an herbivore while the other three animals are carnivorous in their feeding mode. The difference in these animal feeding mode will results in differences in their stomach compartment and their digestive process.
