It is 100. There is many ways to find this answer. One way would be to divide 1000 by 10 to get a 100. Another way is to take the decimal form of 1/10 which is .10 and times it by 1000 to get 100.

1/10(1000)
=(1/10)(1000/1)
=(1)(1000)/(10)(1)
=1000/10
=100
