Hello there!

If this is using PEMDAS then do as follows:

3 x 4 = 12
[tex] 2^{4} [/tex] = 16
62 + 12 = 74
74 - 16 = 58.

In short, the answer is 58.

Hope This Helps You!
Good Luck :)
