P(x₁ , y₁) and Q(x₂ , y₂) ↔ [ P(0,14)    Q(5, - 2)]
Distance = PQ = √[(x₂ - x₁)² + (y₂ - y₁))²]

PQ = √[(5 - 0)² + (- 2 - 14)²]

PQ =  √[(25 + 256]

PQ =  √281

PQ = 17.76
