If A/B and C/ D are rational expressions then [tex] \frac{A}{B} * \frac{C}{D} [/tex]

Or [tex] \frac{A}{B} * \frac{C}{D} = \frac{A*B}{C*D} [/tex]

It means that if A/B and C/D are rational expressional then their product with each other will also be a rational expression.
