A=ΔEp=mgh=63kg*9.81m/s2*7m=4326.21J
P=A/t=4326.21J/5s=865.24W=1.16hp

work = mgh

power = mgh/t = 63•9.8•7/5 = 864 watts

1 HP = 746 watts

so that is 834/746 = 1.2 HP
