It is in the P-site of the ribosome wherein the initiator TRNA is attached. In addition, it is the area wherein the t-RNA would be bound for the second time inside the ribosome. Another name for the P-site is peptidyl. On the other hand, other ribosome sites include the A-site and the E-site.
