First you multiply both sides by 2y
Then you add 3 to both sides to get this:
[tex]x=3-4y[/tex]
Next you multiply both sides by 2y again
Then you divide both sides by -4 to get this:
[tex]y= \frac{-x}{4} + \frac{3}{4} [/tex]
Hope this helps!!
