Let, the width = x
Length = x + 3

It is given that, 2(x+3+x) = 38
2(2x+3) = 38
4x+6 = 38
4x = 38 - 6
x = 32/4
x = 8
& x+3 = 11

Area = l * w = 11 * 8 = 88

In short, Your Answer would be 88 Yd²

Hope this helps!
