Rewrite 120 + 400 using the GCF and factoring.

12(10 + 40)
20(10 + 2)
40(3 + 400)
40(3 + 10)

Answer is 40(3+10). This would be the answer because 40 is the GCF of 120 and 400. Also, 40•3=120 and 40•10=400. So that would be your answer, hope that helps!
