Diana's second time was faster by 0.84 yards.

How to calculate the speed?

Th speed of the first race will be:

= Distance / Time

= 300 / 65

= 4.62 yards per second

The speed of the second race will be:

= 300 / 55

= 5.46 yard per second.

The difference will be:

= 5.46 - 4.62

= 0.84 yards
