Answer:

Connect points A, B and C to the origin (shown in blue, red and green on the attached diagram)

Rotate the lines 90 degrees clockwise.  The end points of the lines are your new coordinates.

A' = (3, 2)

B' = (1, 4)

C' = (1, 1)

Connect the new points to create the transformed triangle.
