Let f(x) = x − 2 and g(x) = x2 − 7x − 9. Find f(g(−1))

It’s telling you to plug in -1 into the g(x) equation and then ones you get the answer, you plug it into the f(x) equation

(-1)2-7(-1)-9=-4

(-4)-2=-6
