We have: K.E. = 1/2 mv²
Here: m = 10 Kg
v = 2 m/s

Substitute their values,
K.E. = 1/2 * 10 * 2²
K.E. = 1/2 * 10 * 4
K.E. = 20 J

In short, Your Answer would be 20 Joules

Hope this helps!
