If you wash it 4 times a week and there are 4 weeks in a month, you wash it 16 times a month. This is assuming everymonth has 28 days.

4 times a week * 4 weeks = 16.

Pretty sure the answer is 16. If you wash your hair 4 times a week and there are 4 weeks in a month, just multiply  4 times 4.
