standard form : Ax + By = C
y + 4 = -9/10(x + 6)
y + 4 = -9/10x - 54/10
9/10x + y = -54/10 - 4
9/10x + y = -54/10 - 40/10
9/10x + y = - 94/10
9x + 10y = -94
