well no, because the mean and median are usually used for a set of numbers
the mean is the average, and you can’t exactly find the average using this set
the median is when you organize the set of numbers from smallest to largest, and then subtract the smallest number from the largest number to get the answer
i cant see how you can possibly do that with this

Technically, you can. I would put the options into a tally chart and go from there.
