what does DNA need to replicate

In order to replicate, DNA needs the help of a lot of enzymes and primers (helicase, DNA polymerase, RNA primer, ligase, etc) It is also SUPER important that there is a template for the DNA to replicate off of so that the genetic info is passed on from one generation to the next without any changes or damage to the DNA
