Step #1: Simplify both sides of the inequality.
30>5z−15

Step #2: Flip the equation.

5z−15<30

Step #3: Add 15 to both sides.
5z−15+15<30+15

5z<45

Step #4: Divide both sides by 5.

5z/5=45
