How does a "for every" statement show a ratio comparison? PLEASE ANSWER ITS SO LATE WHERE I AM AND IM TIRED

because it states that for every amount of something there is a certain amount based on something else. For example, for every apple i have, i will have two bananas. This will go into the ratio 1:2. Hope this helps☺
