Step-by-step explanation:

f(x) =2x^2 - 3x

f(3x -5) = 2(3x -5)^2 - 3(3x -5)

2 x 3x = 6x and 2 x -5 = -10

f(3x -5) = (6x -10)^2 - 3(3x -5)

-3 x 3x = -9x and 3 x -5 = -15

f(3x -5) = (6x -10)^2 - (-9x -15)

That's all I know ;-;- I forgot how to finish it
