an inequality can be solved just like an equation except for one rule. That rule is : if you multiply/divide by a negative number, the inequality sign changes. That rule applies here.
-0.84x < = 168...divide both sides by -0.84...and change the sign
x > = 168/-0.84
x > = -200 ....(thats greater then or equal to)
