A chemist needs to make 40 ml of a 25% acid solution. He has a 5% acid solution and a 30% acid solution on hand. If he uses the 5% and 30% solutions to creat the 25% solution, how many milliliters of each will he need?

you need to do is 40 times 25%
then you need to do 5% times 30%.
