We can solve this by using the equation

S = ut + 1/2 at^2
Where S is distance
And u is initial velocity
And a is acceleration

a = v-u/t

So
S = ut + 1/2 x v-u/t x t^2
60 = 10t + 1/2 x 50 - 1/2 x 10 x t
60 = 10t + 25 - 5 x t
60= 10t + 20t
60 = 30t
60/30 = t
2 equals t

So it takes 2 seconds
