-I use the app called Calm. It is specially designed by meditation and sleep experts

-I listen to music (specially BTS and Ariana Grande)

-I take uceliptus oil, steam it, and then smell it. This calms the brain down and brings sleep.

-I work out every day so I get the right amount of sleep
