Ariana claims that since there are 3 feet in a yard there are 9 ft.³ in a cubic yard which statement about her claim is true

3 feet = 1 yard

(3 feet)^3 = (1 yard)^3 ... cube both sides

27 cubic feet = 1 cubic yard

So her claim is false. There are 27 cubic feet in 1 yard.
