Y=mx+c
X=-1; y=3 => 3=(-1).m+c
X=2; y=5 => 5=2.m+c
We have equations:
{(-1).m+c=3
{2.m+c=5

<=>{-3m=-2
{2.m+c=5

<=>{m=2/3
{c=11/3

So m=2/3 and c=11/3 we have y=2/3.x+11/3
