D. Because you fill in x-3 for x so it’s -5(x-3)+10 so it’s -5x+15+10 also known as -5x+25.

Steps to solve:

f(x) = -5x + 10; x - 3

~Substitute

f(x - 3) = -5(x - 3) + 10

~Distribute

f(x - 3) = -5x + 15 + 10

~Combine like terms

f(x - 3) = -5x + 25

Therefore, the answer is D
