Answer:

Y = 4 X - 9

Step-by-step explanation:

Let (3,3) be ( x 1, y 1 )   and  ( -2, -17 ) be ( x 2, y 2)

Finding the slope of the line;

Slope = y 2 - y 1

            x 2 - x 1

Slope = -17 - 3  = -20  = 4

             -2 - 3        -5

Slope = 4

Making an equation;

Slope = Y - y 1

            X - x 1

4   =   Y - 3

         X - 3

Then, you cross multiply;

4 ( X - 3 ) = Y - 3

4 X - 12 = Y - 3

Y = 4 X - 12 + 3

Y = 4 X - 9
