y - y1 = m(x - x1) ...point-slope form
slope(m) = 6
(1,2)....x1 = 1 and y1 = 2
now we just sub
y - 2 = 6(x - 1) <==

Answer: [tex](y-2)=6(x-1)[/tex]

Step-by-step explanation:

The point-slope form of a line having point [tex](x_1,y_1)[/tex] and slope 'm' is given by :-

[tex](y-y_1)=m(x-x_1)[/tex]

It is given that the slope of line m = 6

The point on line = (1,2)

Therefore,  the point-slope form of a line with slope 6 that contains the point (1,2) is given by :_

[tex](y-2)=6(x-1)[/tex]
