The conditions of a slavery household were extremely poor. It made slaves more likely to develop diseases. They were also punished by whipping, shackling, hanging, beating, burning, mutilation, branding, and imprisonment.

The slaves had to work and they would get very little food each day and if they die they die but slaves usually don't have a great life.
