Momentum, P = mass X velocity

For a bumblebee to have same momentum as tiger, bumblebee must have a very high speed of movement or an increased mass.

Increased mass of bumblebee is apparently not possible. So, by increasing its velocity the bumblebee can have same momentum as the tiger.
