62.10 < = 20 + 0.5x + 3 + 0.075x
62.10 < = 23 + 0.575x
62.10 - 23 < = 0.575x
39.10 < = 0.575x
39.10/0.575 < = x
68 < = x.......maximum number of pages is 68
