difference between federalism and regionalism​

Federal Constitution refers to the ways our government is able to pass federal laws, regional may refer to state constitutions in the US we operate under dual constitutionalism, where the government makes and enforces laws and the state can make it's own laws that are enforced inside it's boarders.
