Width = 13cm

Length = 16cm

Explanation:

Let width = b,

So, length = b+3

Perimeter of rectangle = 2x(length + width)

According to the question,

[tex]58cm = 2X(b+3 + b)\\58cm = 2X(2b+3)\\29cm = 2b+3\\ 26cm = 2b\\b = 13cm[/tex]

Hence,

Width = 13cm

Length = 16cm
