that would be zero becuase there are 4 quarts ina gallon and 8 pnts and 16 ounces

Think of it this way... one gallon is 4 quarts...take away 1 quart... and you have 3 quarts. Now take away 1 pint.... you now have 2 quarts and 1 pint... Now you need to take 1 ounce away You'll lose the pint and end up with about...2 quarts and 15 ounces!!!! :D I hope this answered your question good enough. :P
