Answer: Sixty (60) Miles per hour.

This is a fraction equal to

750 miles ÷ 12.5 hours

We want a unit rate where

1 is in the denominator,

so we divide top and bottom by 12.5

750 miles ÷ 12.5

12.5 hours ÷ 12.5

=

60 miles

1 hour

=

60 miles

hour

= 60 miles per hour
