people currently aren’t as active because of technology due to the fact that they want to just sit down and go on there phone or laptop. but it also can help due to the fact that there is more ways to exercise and they can find new ways to be more active on there phones. so I’d say that it has mostly decreased but it can increase it just depends on the person
