the three “end products” are water, carbon dioxide, and energy (in the form of ATP molecules).

Animals: Water and carbon dioxide is expired(some water is also transpired),and the energy is used to do work.

Plants: Water and carbon dioxide (together with oxygen, a photosynthesis“byproduct”) is transpired via stomata,and the energy is used to do work (drive most of the cell’s biochemical reactions).
