Hello from MrBillDoesMath!

Answer:  No

Discussion:

As I understand the problem statement, we have a right angle traingle  with a leg of 10 meters as well as the hypotenuse of 10m.  Suppose such a right triangle exists and has legs a,b, c (hypotenuse).  By Pythagoras

a^2 + b^2 = c^2  =>

10^2 + b^2 = 10^2 =>

b^2 = 0

That is, the third side of the triangle would have length 0 -- and you don't have a triangle them.

Thank you,

MrB
